We are seeking a strong Benefits Coordinator that has 5 years experience in Benefits and experience using Paycom.

Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $30/Hr.
Location: Fort Myers
Experience: 5-7 years

HR Benefits Coordinator Job Qualifications

  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies especially benefits
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources Benefits
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Paycom
