Description: Responsible for performing various clerical duties to support the Revenue Management Department. Help organize and improve workflow by proactively participating in the achievement of the established goals and objectives. Communicate and work closely with various teams within the organization. Provide billing and/or claims management support to the Baptist Health Medical Group revenue management team. Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.77 / hour depending on experience. Qualifications: Degrees: High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper Additional Qualifications: Proficient in computer applications Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent customer service, problem solving and communication skills. Organized, detail oriented with previous experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of coding and charge entry preferred. Knowledgeable in physician billing, regulatory, and compliance guidelines. Experience with NextGen preferred, as well as hospital-based software.
