Position Overview:
We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Revenue Optimization Analyst within our Revenue Management Team, reporting directly to the Manager of Revenue Strategy and Analytics. This role is based in Miami, Florida.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Revenue Optimization Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial strategies and revenue initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting continuous analysis and reporting on promotional performance and overall business status.
  • Assisting in the internal commercial planning process to meet product and business requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and presenting findings to management.
  • Developing business cases to support the long-term financial impact of growth initiatives.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Trade Support, Reservations, Hotel Operations, and Legal, to implement growth initiatives.
  • Ensuring ongoing improvement and refinement of all initiatives post-implementation.


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline from an accredited institution.
  • One to three years of relevant experience in financial or business analysis.
  • A solid understanding of revenue management concepts and tools.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Brio Intelligence/Hyperion Studio, Toad Oracle SQL, PowerBI, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Analytics.
  • Familiarity with system enhancements and decision-making tools.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and revenue management data.


Physical Requirements:
This position may require the ability to sit, stand, write, and type reports, as well as the capability to move about the office and travel to other locations as needed.
