The impact you will have In this role, you will join a growing FP&A team that is building out new systems and processes to support the company’s strategic objectives. In addition to playing a critical role in generating and analyzing financial statements for internal and external stakeholders, you will partner with leaders across Sonar to produce accurate budgets and recurring forecasts that keep our teams and investments aligned with the company's objectives. Partner with budget owners to produce accurate budgets and recurring forecasts Support P&L reporting and forecasting activities, ensuring timely and accurate insights for leadership Maintain and enhance key reports to support monthly and quarterly business reviews, as well as crucial board meetings Collaborate closely with the Accounting team, playing an integral role in ensuring the accuracy of monthly close processes Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required The skills you will demonstrate

A minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience, ideally in a software company Proficient in Excel, with experience in financial modeling and analysis Proficient in use of Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Docs Experience in reporting, analyzing and forecasting P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements Experience in extracting and transforming datasets from CRM / ERP / BI platforms Strong understanding of P&L structures and budgeting processes Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels Attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to travel internationally 1-3 times per year Why you will love it here • We value a safe work culture - founded in respect, kindness, and the right to fail. • We hire great people - we value communication skills as much as technical prowess and we strive to create a work environment that allows for everyone to succeed and feel empowered to do their best work.
