What's the position?

We are looking for a candidate to support the Senior Director of FP&A, including, but not limited to:
  • Own the development and rollout of the newly implemented FP&A tool (Planful)
  • Understand all backend data sources including but not limited to NetSuite, Snowflake, and Tableau
  • Assist in quarterly re-forecasting of all expense items across all departments
  • Own the monthly expense review process with departmental stakeholders
  • Lead the modelling of all new contracts and forecast the resulting expense
  • Drive revenue enhancement and cost reduction projects
  • Analyze monthly P&L's and provide variance explanations and strategies to stay on budget
What are we looking for?

Required / preferred candidate skills and experience:
  • Holds a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in finance, data, or analytical roles
  • Experience in publicly traded and/or start-up organizations
  • Experience working within a GAAP accounting and SOX controls environment
  • Ability to work largely independently and in a team setting, while balancing multiple projects at any given time
  • Top-level analytical and financial modelling skills (required)
  • Excellent Excel skills (required)
  • Experience using financial systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
