We are looking for a detail-oriented FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Senior Analyst to play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. This role will work closely with the Finance & Accounting team and various departments to provide insightful financial information, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance. As a FP&A Senior Analyst, you will:

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning within an established EPM. Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and business growth. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary on key drivers. Collaborate with department heads to develop project-based business cases to continue to scale the business while ensuring alignment with company goals. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and address specific business inquiries. Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis. Advanced Excel skills in large data sets, statistical modeling, and organized data flow. Financial planning software (EPM) experience (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Oracle). Financial reporting software (ERP) experience (e.g. Netsuite, SAP, Quickbooks). Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for driving continuous improvement. Even better if you have:
