Tricentis is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to assist with bookings, revenue, and ARR forecasting & reporting. This individual will report to the Director of FP&A and will be responsible for working collaboratively with business leaders across the company to prepare financial models and analysis as well as track KPIs and report on variances between forecast and actuals. This will be a fast-paced role with exposure to the company’s key business leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 5+ years’ experience Exceptional Excel skills Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced setting Hands-on experience developing financial and business case models General understanding of software businesses & KPIs M&A related experience a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and maintenance of software revenue and ARR forecast models and reporting results to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with FP&A team and business leaders to develop business cases and other internal analysis to assess the ROI for new product launches, new market entry, and other key initiatives. Work closely with the Corporate Development team to analyze the businesses of potential acquisition targets and work cross-functionally with leaders across Tricentis to build detailed financial forecasts of M&A candidates. Identify, model, and track KPIs and other operational metrics for company initiatives. Prepare various sensitivity and scenario analysis to provide additional information for executive investment decisions. Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible through growth and change. Responsible for management of a Financial Analyst.
