Applicant tracking system management including access, templates, and communications. HRIS onboarding templates and document management Update and communicate process guides and workflow documentation. Review for rehire eligibility in coordination with Human Resources team. Complete new hire audits and ad hoc reporting Special projects as assigned. Other duties may be assigned, and responsibilities and activities may change.Qualification and Competencies Required: Experience: At least 2-3 years related experience in Human Resources Talent Acquisition or related field. Demonstrated experience with HRIS, Pre-employment Screening Tool, and Applicant Tracking SystemsEducation: Bachelor's degree in business or related fieldSkills: Process improvement experience and continuous improvement orientation.
