Job Description

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Diversity Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and engaging top talent for our organization. In this Sourcing role, you will be a part of the Diversity Sourcing team and will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, building talent attraction programs and partnerships to increase the pipeline, and hiring diverse candidates.

Position location: Hybrid out of one of our Fortune Brands hub locations (North Olmsted, OH; Maumee, OH; Oak Creek, WI; or Deerfield, IL)

What you will be doing

  • Leverages technology, tools, and resources to proactively source and engage with prospective candidates.
  • Leverages talent insights by conducting market research to drive and support our recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Actively engage and network with passive candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications to support key requisitions and talent strategies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, internal recruiters, and stakeholders to fully understand the business needs to collaborate and recommend diverse sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Track and report key sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
  • Build, enhance and maintain relationships with diversity organizations, University Relations programs, and other key partnerships to increase brand awareness and identify talent.
  • Measures results understanding the impact of our recruiting efforts and programs against our DEI goals.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in sourcing and talent acquisition processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience converting top candidates into new hires
  • Experience launching and sustaining talent pipeline programs and utilizing diverse sourcing channels
  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Project management experience with strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and competing priorities
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement with ability to drive and implement process improvements.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%
