This person will also help interview for the businesss permanent hire side as we seek to hire entry-level and experienced sales and recruitment professionals into our organization. Job Outline:
As an Internal Recruiter at our agency, you will adopt a candidate and stakeholder centric, service-led approach in developing internal relationships and sourcing quality candidates to support the business in reaching forecasted targets. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all hires you are assigned to within our organization. This position demands a high volume of recruitment activities, emphasizing the significance of adept time and stakeholder management skills. Your focus will be on meeting the staffing needs of our hiring managers, primarily aspiring sales professionals at the Associate/Recruiter level, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of their requirements. You will have to be flexible as you navigate through changing business needs and incoming orders, also demonstrating a proactive approach when it comes to candidate outreach in addition to receiving inbound applications. Key Responsibilities:
• Managing end to end recruitment process for all assigned openings
• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver on hiring needs by agreed upon deadlines
• Sourcing candidates through various methods – LI, Handshake, Symplicity, Stepstone, cold calling, headhunting
• Conduct structured screens to ensure all candidates are being assessed equally while taking detailed notes on the conversation
• Delivering on hires needed and hitting set targets

---Hitting a set initial interview target per month

• Building a personal brand on LinkedIn and other social media platforms, and marketing business through weekly posts
• Demonstrates a consist commitment to developing and improving processes
• Using your own data to monitor personal performance against KPIs and headcount needs
• Administering on-site interviews and group assessment days to ensure everything runs smoothly and providing a positive candidate experience
• During down times, contributing to various projects that will assist the IR/People team in achieving wider strategic goals.

• Bachelors Degree (preferred)
• 12+ months of high volume recruitment experience – (recruiting sales/agency recruitment professionals specifically (REQUIRED)
