Overview TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (HYBRID – SAN FRANCISCO) If you are a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your extensive recruiting expertise , then we would like to meet with you The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have primary responsibility for owning the day-to-day Associate recruiting process for our San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices working with staff at all levels to ensure that quality candidates are sourced, screened, recruited, and guided through the orientation process. You’ll Love It Here If You Embrace learning and continuous improvement Set and strive for a high bar of excellence Believe that teamwork leads to success: ask us what it means to be #onefirmfirm Take pride in always doing your best work, even if it’s harder or takes longer Are passionate about what you do How You’ll Help Our Team Succeed Oversee the day-to-day of Associate Recruiting including scheduling interviews, managing pipelines, maintaining ATS, candidate decision meetings, cultivation visits, and offer letters Manage on-campus recruitment responsibilities, including handling daily operations of office-level recruitment efforts, arranging on-campus interviews and screening coordination, and assessing advertising needs Track candidates from the interviewing phase through the offer and onboarding phase, ensuring all stages are completed in an accurate and timely manner Tracks recruiting expenses to provide input to the management team for preparation of the recruiting budget. Miscellaneous talent projects including but not limited to early engagement programs, marketing, and other ad-hoc needs What You’ll Need to Be Successful 5+ years of experience that demonstrates increasing capability and responsibility; professional services experience preferred The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm The ability to communicate effectively and professionally Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm’s financial and operational functions The mindset to provide superior service Experience with applicant tracking system required; experience with iCIMS a plus Proficiency in MS Office required Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience Who We Are Cornerstone Research provides economic and financial analysis and expert testimony in all phases of commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings. Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for this position between $73,200 and $97,300. A job offer will depend on how closely a candidate’s skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes annual performance bonus and generous benefits.
