Following the Roc Blueprint, your responsibility will be to develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to reach key decision-makers at potential client companies. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and pain points. You will grow your business profitably and in line with your agreed business plan. The objective is to build a world-class customer portfolio with the largest and most exciting customers in the US, implementing the BIG Easy Strategy and working together with our US team Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Leading from the Front: Develop your individual patch and achieve results in line with your approved sales targets. Sales targets are agreed with your director but can be referred to against your BDM Level in the above schedule. Act as a role model for the sales team, demonstrating the highest standards of performance and professionalism, upholding our core values at all times. 2. Sales Strategy: Implement and drive Roc’s sales strategies and processes to increase revenue and market share within the STEM recruitment sector. Analyse and report on target client intelligence to identify growth opportunities. 3. Customer Relationships: Provide a world class service to our customers and achieve at least one Gold level partnership within 3 months. Craft compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of our recruitment solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. Build and maintain strong relationships with the candidate pools within your patch, providing them with great opportunities. Work collaboratively with other teams and divisions internally to ensure that we are supporting our customers with all their needs, across every relevant discipline. 4. Performance Metrics and Management: Target meetings – after 3 months 30 meetings per month Jobs pulled – after 3 months, 10 jobs per month Target billings – in accordance to BD Level Monitor progress regularly and provide regular reports and insights on sales performance to the President during the MBRs (monthly business review) 5. Training and Development: Create a culture of continuous learning within the sales team, identifying training needs and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities. Ensure you are equipped and skilled with the necessary tools, resources and market insights and knowledge to excel in your roles. 6. Process Excellence: Demonstrate a disciplined approach to ensure you follow our blueprint for success. Ensure that sales processes are executed at high pace and with precision and excellence. Using the systems and technology available to you (especially Bullhorn CRM) to build your business in an intelligent and structured manner. 7. Building Out Your Area: Build out your area following the Roc Search model, covering the core markets and geographies for your associated business. Expand our presence and reputation in your designated markets and geographical areas. 8. Cultivate a High-Performance Culture: Build and communicate your team vision and to inspire and motivate. Create an environment that Rocs Where people are highly engaged and motivated to succeed and where you celebrate successes and celebrate team’s life events. Ensure there are high standards in the business and that people are accountable to the right behaviors and mind-set. Communicate board initiatives effectively to ensure company goals are met, best practice is implemented consistently and new ideas are shared and capitalised on. Develop clear plans of action to achieve annual team target and individual performances. 9. Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with the “right people” to join the business, including new associates and experienced recruiters. Collaborate with talent acquisition to develop effective recruitment strategies for your business. 10. Leadership Ethos: Understand, promote and adhere to our Leadership Ethos at all times.
