Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Administer human resources policies and procedures, including corrective action
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team regarding the continuous recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Liaison between payroll and operations for audit needs weekly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements


Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • A bachelor's degree and five (5) years of HR experience, or seven (7) years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education
  • Excellent time management skills; accustomed to meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • System savvy - able to quickly learn our HR systems
