The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the full Human Resources function within the organization. They should be able to work within an entrepreneurial organization, be self-motivated and work independently and collaboratively.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. They will also be involved in strategic planning and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficient in HR software and systems
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
