**About the Role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Home and Community Aged Care, the Senior Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for leading and managing and team of care workers and a coordinator to deliver high quality services and support to our Port August and Whyalla customers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Lead the management and coordination of a portfolio of packages

* Review customer assessments to ensure that appropriate domestic, social support and personal support services are matched

* Develop proactive communication with current and prospective customers and families in terms of achieving and increasing commitments, including tailoring packages when needed

* Respond to customer complaints with a solutions focused approach

* Promote the principles of consumer directed care and have a strong understanding of the Federal Governments reform agenda

**About you**

* Diploma in nursing will be highly regarded

* Demonstrated experience in the coordination of aged care packages

* Professional experience in the delivery of community based services

* Knowledge of Aged Care Standards

* Excellent communication skills with a focus on high quality customer service

* Understanding of funding requirements to ensure compliance is met

**Vaccination Requirements**

COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement under the Emergency Management (Healthcare Setting Workers Vaccination) (COVID-19) Directions 2021 to work in a SA Health/health care setting.
