In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our revenue engine running. You’ll leverage your own skills and lead a team of driven sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include gaining in-depth knowledge of the sales process, excelling at lead generation, building strong relationships, and closing deals. If you’re a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and have a track record of success, apply today Responsibilities Understand in depth the account needs, customer key buying criteria and sensitivity to changes. Assess our competitive position (market share, cost position, technology, performance) at the Accounts communicate throughout the Resins organization. Able to manage territory/customer project list so ensure commitments are met. Responsible for meeting the agreed upon budgeted sales volumes, revenues and contribution margin targets. Identify and define value-creating opportunities for Resins and the related businesses taking into account all aspects of the business (existing products, new developments, volumes and prices, service levels, cost to serve, etc.). Able to build internal and external relationships with Marketing managers, Technical Services and Development to implement plan. Ability to balance empowerment of customer service while ensuring enough direct interaction with customer. Prepare and/or lead negotiations (pricing, rebate, other agreements and contracts) in alignment with the Business Unit's Strategies. Monitor and report competitive threats, propose responses and agree on tactics as appropriate. Oversee the execution, doing whatever it takes to make sure the targets are met or exceeded. Required skills and experience 8+ years’ experience in paint & coatings, polymer resins or similar areas. Previous experience with sales and people management. Excellent business, commercial and technical expertise. Experience with Power BI, excel, CRM and ERP will be a plus. Availability to travel for about 40% of the time. Fluent English is required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, technical or business discipline. OR 15+ years of field experience.
