The Peninsula Regent is a leading provider of senior living services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Living Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Living Sales Associate to join our sales team. As a Senior Living Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing personalized attention to prospective residents, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the sales process. You will work closely with our Director of Membership Services/Broker and a team of Sales Associates to meet sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Conduct discovery and listening sessions with prospective residents to understand their needs and preferences
    • Personalize sales approaches to each individual prospective resident based on their unique personality and buying style
    • Qualify leads, manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct sales activities to contribute to community census
    • Record notes in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and receive deposits from new residents
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, families, and co-workers
    • Document and communicate feedback from prospective residents to enhance future decision-making
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with team members on the Sales and Marketing Team and interdepartmental teams
    • Participate in one-on-one sales meetings and coaching sessions
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Produce routine reporting to empower sales activities and provide valuable information about customer preferences and objections
    • Ensure accurate and complete documentation throughout the sales and transaction process
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the senior living industry or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with prospects, residents, families, and co-workers
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Valid CA Real Estate License
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing sales support to key stakeholders
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, customer relationship management software, and social media platforms
