Position Overview:

VSolvit is in search of a skilled and qualified individual with an Active Secret Clearance for the role of Senior Management Analyst.

This position will provide support to VSolvit's Electronic Warfare Program Manager with minimal oversight and will also encompass additional duties as an Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO).

The Senior Management Analyst role entails a range of analytical, administrative, and managerial responsibilities, along with various customer support and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities as AFSO:

- Ensure on-site security management for the safeguarding of the facility.
- Aid in maintaining security clearances utilizing DISS and NBIS for facility-level requirements and process personnel security clearances, including visit requests.
- Assist in the submission of Electronic Applications (eApp) in both digital and hard copy formats.
- Support the development and execution of security training and briefings as directed by the FSO, while maintaining compliance records in accordance with DCSA requirements.
- Comprehend and assist in the implementation of federal security regulations applicable to company operations, ensuring the protection of classified and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Help prepare and manage documents necessary for personnel to obtain appropriate badging and access to government facilities and property.
- Collaborate with government clients on security-related matters as directed by the FSO or Senior Management.

Core Responsibilities as Senior Management Analyst:

- Develop weekly briefs and reports to fulfill Program Manager contractual obligations.
- Support the execution and monitoring of the Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M).
- Assist in the formulation and tracking of planning schedules, action briefing materials, and reports.
- Prepare identification, development, collection, and reporting of metrics and deliverables.
- Aid in the development, review, and updating of Technical Documentation as necessary.
- Support the tracking and reporting of Strategic Planning documentation and schedules.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and tracking of special projects or ad-hoc requirements.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance and compliance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and trends.
- Create and maintain procurement reports and dashboards.
- Provide procurement-related activities, including obtaining necessary approvals for material requests, managing vendor relations, processing purchase orders in the company ERP system, and tracking orders to completion.
- Offer support for the shipping and receiving of materials as required with various vendors and shipping agencies.
- Assist contract staff with travel-related processes and procedures, including obtaining necessary approvals, making travel arrangements, processing expense documentation, and providing reporting and analytics.

Essential Qualifications:

- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Active DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, government travel regulations, travel coordination, and government contract administrative procedures and terminology.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, time management, and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of technical experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives, including Programmatic Support, Equipment Support, and System Support.
- 3-5 years of project analyst or management experience, including Technology Assessments, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition and Procurement Planning, Budget Planning, and Government Travel Coordination and Regulations.
- Project or Program Management Professional Certification or Certified DAWIA Level 2 or 3 in Program Management.
- Experience in DoD security.
