Job Duties and Responsibilities

Dish Wireless is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for the Campaign Deployment team in Customer Communications and Owned Channels. This role will lead marketing strategies to retain customers and drive organizational value. Responsibilities include executing impactful campaigns to boost engagement, sales, and retention. If you prioritize customer experience and are passionate about marketing, join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the Campaign Deployment Team within Customer Communications and Owned Channels Marketing to develop and deploy engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement, value, and retention
  • Execute against the quarterly and yearly marketing strategy plan
  • Optimize processes within the team to drive efficiencies in campaign development from intake to deployment to measurement
  • Engage with other teams across the organization to ensure the deployment of campaigns is coherent and coordinated
  • Lead the partnership with IT and MarTech teams to secure and improve the tools and resources used by the deployment team, including messaging and project management platforms
Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Marketing Manager of Development, you will have:

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing or MarTech experience and a bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with email/SMS campaigns on platforms like Oracle Responsys, Zeta, or Salesforce for customer retention.
  • Experience leading a digital-centric communications deployment team.
  • Experience with API-triggered campaign development and management.
  • Strategic mindset, innovation, agility, and a drive to win business daily.
  • Ability to synthesize data, prioritize, and deliver results swiftly and creatively.


Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
