Department Overview

The Retail Wireless division, which supports our Boost Infinite, Boost Mobile, and Gen Mobile brands, is transforming consumer expectations through innovative platforms, business models, and strategic thinking. With a pioneering 5G network and a commitment to change, we are poised to become the nation's fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive market force.

Key Responsibilities

The Retail Wireless sector of Boost Mobile is in search of a seasoned Staff Marketing Investment Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will analyze and interpret marketing data to guide investment decisions, enhance campaign performance, and foster business growth. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential to develop and sustain marketing analytics capabilities, deliver data-driven insights, and propose investment strategies.

Specific Duties Include:
  • Evaluating extensive datasets to assess marketing performance and monitor essential metrics (CPO, CPGA, ROI, conversion rates).
  • Creating forecasting models to estimate marketing expenditures, revenue effects, and ROI across various channels.
  • Delivering data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and boost effectiveness.
  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs to assess marketing success and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Analyzing marketing attribution models to ensure precise impact measurement.
  • Producing regular reports and dashboards to convey insights and suggestions to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance.
  • An MBA or Master's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or financial analysis, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency, consulting firm, or marketing department.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Preferred familiarity with machine learning, statistical modeling, and data science methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (Python, R, SQL) is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $96,250.00 - $137,500.00 per year.
