About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and organized Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects within our Retail Wireless team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects that enhance our MarTech stack and improve our marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead the execution of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed as per the project plan.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Passion for project management, with a focus on technology or marketing-related projects.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools and platforms.
  • Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
