Job Summary

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Project Management, Creative Services to oversee the success of our creative projects from initiation to completion. As a central figure in project management, this role involves a multitude of tasks:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary information resource, maintaining tools and reports for all stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement workflow, system, and procedure improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Design Operations team.
  • Collaborate with creative leads and marketing teams to assess and meet project resource needs.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor payments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years in operations management, with a significant portion of this time spent in leadership roles within a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Highly preferred PMP certification.
