We are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Technology Senior Manager to join our Retail Wireless team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your knowledge of Marketing Technology and interpersonal skills to improve our MarTech stack for all groups that use the tools.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of digital technologists to support business growth.
- Partner with the paid media team to optimize digital support systems and grow the business.
- Expertise in digital acquisition technologies, email & SMS strategies, and paid media performance tracking.
- Manage and optimize paid media landing pages, A/B testing structures, and technology integrations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support the roll-out of new marketing capabilities, refine performance measurement systems, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant course of study preferred.
- 10+ years experience with Marketing Technology in a B2C context, with a preference given to experience with Oracle Responsys, Unbounce, Invoca, LiveRamp, Google Analytics, Tag Managers (Adobe Tag Manager).
- Experience with marketing tools that support online/ Digital campaigns in areas such as campaign management, attribution measurement, data management platforms, and behavior analytics.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas in a way that is simply understood and facilitates decision making.
- Experience in media and ad operations.
- Excellent communication skills applied to building relationships, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- High degree of proficiency with paid media tracking platforms, reporting tools and marketing automation software is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of the retail wireless industry is a plus.
