This role will be about 20% HR Project Management and 80% HR Analyst duties.
MUST WORK ON EAST COAST HOURS.
Job Description
+ Support HR systems integration by maintaining an in-depth understanding of HR data relating to all areas of the employee profile.
Participate in the development of project plans and timelines, lead milestones of the overall project and timely execution and completion of tasks.
Gather and analyze project data by liaising with project team members.
Manage deliverables by working with global HR colleagues to understand data sources and ensure correct responsible parties are identified.
Identify risks and issues that may affect project success and propose mitigation strategies.
Utilize project management and collaboration tools to facilitate project schedule and communications.
Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Leverage technology to refine and/or eliminate non value-add process steps.
Recommends process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions.
Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation and deliver training in various formats, including training for new system users.
Ad hoc reporting as needed.
Additional duties and special projects as assigned
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study
5+ years of general HR experience with at least 2 years of project analyst experience
High level of data integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and operational excellence
Collaboration across the team and willing to step in and support one another
Ability to approach challenges and opportunities with a business mindset and bring HR knowledge
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot table experience
Advanced MS project planning and task management tools knowledge, including Planner and Project
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
Ability to prioritize and execute on key objectives
A thorough understanding of HR practices
