Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Life Sciences Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the life sciences industry and be adept at identifying top talent for various roles within the sector. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, industry networks, and recruitment databases to identify and engage with top talent in the life sciences sector.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough resume reviews, phone screens, and initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic advice on recruitment processes and candidate selection.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and contract management.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on the life sciences industry. Strong understanding of the life sciences sector, including industry-specific roles and qualifications.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a life sciences company or specialized recruitment agency.
