(“Three-way match.”) Maintain all outstanding vendor statements, on a monthly basis, to ensure invoices do not fall into a delinquent status. Communicate with managers on a timely basis regarding open obligations. Print and obtain signatures on all check disbursements. Distribute signed checks as required. Answer inquiries related to vendor invoices; and work to resolve any discrepancies. Maintain all vendor accounts payable files. Assist financial management and other accounting personnel as necessary. Assemble and processes overnight mailings when necessary. Assist in monthly closings as necessary. Prepare analysis of accounts as necessary. Assist Payroll Manager with administrative updates to Kronos timekeeping. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager as reasonably related to position or member of the Accounting Team. Qualifications

You have a high school diploma or higher. You have general accounting knowledge and at least (4) years of accounts payable experience. You are punctual and deadline oriented. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are well organized. Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
