Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Record Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining precise financial documentation and ensuring timely processing of all transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  2. Reconciling financial accounts to guarantee the accuracy of all data.
  3. Preparing monthly financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
  5. Ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  6. Collaborating with various departments to enhance financial procedures and practices.
  7. Supporting year-end audits and tax preparation activities.
  8. Managing and tracking expenses related to real estate transactions, including commissions and marketing costs.

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A four-year degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Experience in real estate accounting is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-Time
