Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise financial records and ensure timely processing of all transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile financial accounts and verify the accuracy of all data.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.

- Support year-end audits and tax preparation efforts.
Expense Management:
- Oversee and track all expenses related to real estate transactions, including commissions and marketing costs.
Qualifications:
- A four-year degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with property management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate accounting practices is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
