The Claims Administration Specialist is responsible for overseeing the processing of claims at Hydradry Inc. This role involves liaising with insurance providers and adjusters to track the progress of claims and manage supplemental payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine insurance breakdowns, submit supplements, and engage with insurance companies.
  • Coordinate with various departments for necessary insurance clarifications.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline collections.
  • Maintain comprehensive daily records.
  • Generate invoices utilizing Xactimate estimating software.
  • Evaluate customer balance statements to ascertain outstanding amounts.
  • Disseminate information to insurance companies and adjusters.
  • Compile final documentation and manage collections.
  • Handle phone inquiries and support all departmental functions.
  • Engage with homeowners regarding insurance matters and collections.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in Customer Service and Computer Proficiency.
  • Previous Experience with Insurance Policies.
  • Experience in Insurance Collections.
  • Effective communication skills with homeowners and insurance adjusters, both in-person and via phone.
  • Knowledge of roofing, Florida Building Code, and insurance principles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate, Mica, Housecall Pro, and Contents Track.
