As the Director of Enterprise Salesforce Architecture, you'll lead the charge in crafting and executing our Salesforce technical strategy while actively participating in hands-on architecture work. Managing a small team of Salesforce developers, you'll be the driving force behind designing scalable solutions that seamlessly integrate with our business systems, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives and industry standards.

Key Aspects of the Role: Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap for our Salesforce ecosystem, guiding its evolution in sync with our business objectives. Hands-On Architecture:

Roll up your sleeves and lead by example, owning the design and implementation of robust Salesforce architectures that meet our scalability and performance requirements. Team Management:

Mentor and manage a team of Salesforce developers, fostering their growth and ensuring their alignment with architectural goals. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Vendor Coordination:

Evaluate and coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants to support the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. Performance Optimization:

Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of our Salesforce environment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to drive efficiency.

What you'll need: Hands-On Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions. Team Leadership:

Demonstrated leadership skills, with at least 3 years of experience in leading and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment. Technical Proficiency:

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, CPQ coupled with expertise in key salesforce.com architectural concepts (API, governor limit, force.com platform, Test coverage, Apex, Visual Force, Workflow, Process Builder, Triggers etc) and how they influence design Strategic Vision:

Ability to think strategically and align technical decisions with broader business objectives. Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting complex issues and devising effective solutions. Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
