What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate sales related to HVAC replacement and retrofit equipment, system upgrade products, aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories in an assigned territory
Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial, institutional, educational, hospitality maintenance & purchasing departments, and service contractors
Analyze the territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs
Develop and implement account penetration strategies for key customers
Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to maximize sales
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent with three (3)+ years of experience
AA/BA Degree preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly functional in a team environment
Sales and growth-oriented
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior work experience and/or internship experience in sales or marketing
Knowledge of HVAC, Equipment parts, and supplies
