Purpose Of The Role:
- Support the influencer workstream to build Lingo brand awareness, and product endorsement and drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop content ideas with external partners to deliver against the global campaign calendar.
- Traffic all internal approval of content before publishing.
- Support the management of our relationship with all external partners.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and apply learnings.
- Leverage data and consumer insights and monitor emerging cultural moments to find opportunities to join relevant conversations.
- Champions the Lingo and the client's brands in all materials and ensures they align with corporate brand standards.
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop content ideas with external partners to deliver against the global campaign calendar.
- Traffic all internal approval of content before publishing.
- Available to travel 25% of the time.
- This position will be responsible for managing digital content for all external-facing digital channels including the web, email marketing, and digital paid media.
- This individual will project manage and advise on digital for business units, ensuring all digital channels are up-to-date and presenting consistently updated information and functioning as planned.
- Defines and refines the process for updating content and manages workflow, bringing best practices and efficiency to the process.
- Additional opportunities for digital research, strategy, and planning projects as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric marketing experience.
- Experience with social media analytic tools.
- In-depth knowledge of social media.
- Incredible relationship-building ability.
- Solid understanding of standard processes and trends in digital and influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable, successful, culturally relevant campaigns.
- Project management skills are a must, managing work demands effectively and thriving in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple organizational levels.
Years Experience:
- 2 - 5+ years of experience in web writing;
- 5+ years of experience working in customer/account services, including strategic planning;
- 5+ of experience in interactive, health care, and/or high-tech marketing.
Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, SEO principles, and web page layout.;
- Knowledge of web analytics tools;
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
