The Role

This position is based in our Diabetes Care Division, where we are committed to transforming diabetes management through innovative products that deliver precise data for informed decision-making. Our Strategic Marketing team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Product Manager to spearhead the launch of groundbreaking products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing initiatives, including market research, pricing strategies, launch planning, and collaboration with regional marketing teams to drive sales performance.
  • Prepare products for market introduction by coordinating with cross-functional teams including Technical Product, R&D, Program Management, Quality, and Marketing.
  • Analyze global market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor actions to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Develop comprehensive launch plans and associated deliverables.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with product labeling and documentation standards.
  • Generate sales forecasts and collaborate with sales and operations teams to monitor performance against projections.
  • Evaluate product performance and customer feedback to inspire new product concepts.
  • Identify necessary product modifications to align with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement product changes effectively.
  • Adjust strategies to enhance product sales performance.
  • Provide ongoing product management support.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle management process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business, or marketing; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in medical device marketing or product management.
