Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Travel: 75% to 80%

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an intimate understanding of the HVAC/R industry, particularly in selling to HVAC/R Wholesale Distributors. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record, preferably as an independent Manufacturers Rep or with another manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

Territory Management: Represent All SmartElectric and ComfortStar products in the assigned territory. Immediately grow market share and acquire new wholesale distributor customers. Relationship Building: Utilize existing

relationships with principal decision-makers within the assigned territory. Call on all HVAC/R Distributors in the assigned territory. Team Management: Manage Independent Manufacturers Reps that may be in the territory. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate HVAC equipment (mini splits) and parts knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary. Uncapped commissions the more you sell, the more you make. 401K plan with a company contribution based on profitability. Comprehensive insurance coverage with significant company contributions. 24 days of paid time off per year, including 10 vacation days, up to 6 sick days (accrued at day per month), and 8 paid holidays. Qualifications: Proven experience in HVAC/R sales, with a focus on Wholesale Distribution. Established relationships with HVAC/R
