Description

We are looking for fun-loving and caring individuals to join our team as a part time Administrative & Marketing Assistant at our Sun Prairie location Hours will be 12pm - 4pm, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility. This position will require a candidate who is deeply committed to completing tasks efficiently with a high degree of quality. An ability to focus and prioritize in a busy environment is required. As our agency strives to provide exceptional service to everyone we contact, successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to work effectively with multicultural communities and people with differing abilities. This person must be passionate, motivated, and have a strong work ethic in providing support to our health care agency.

Position Summary and Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, their families and staff in a professional and friendly manner both in person and via phone
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Create and publish social media content to engage with potential clients and employees
  • Keep website updated
  • Assist in coordination with community partners
  • Maintain a tidy office environment
  • Coordinate building maintenance and services
  • May be called upon to assist with special projects
  • Perform other duties as needed. This list is not intended to be all-inclusive
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation (preferred)
  • Be positive, friendly and calm in all aspects of interacting with staff, clients and their families
  • Be able to work efficiently and effectively without supervision
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Pride in performing quality work
  • Willingness to ask questions and learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner to meet the current needs

  • Excellent written communication skills including proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation and proofreading
  • Proficient knowledge and operation of computer programs including: Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and Google (Email, Drive, Sheets)
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years previous experience working in a fast-paced professional office environment preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiencies

Compensation: Compensation will be based on experience.
