Responsibilities:

Oversee month-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Conduct monthly project audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with leadership teams to provide insightful financial project updates. Train and mentor project accountants to enhance their skills and professional development. Serve as a financial liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination. Spearhead the implementation of a new ERP system to streamline project accounting processes. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA certification is a plus. Minimum of 6 years of project accounting experience, with a background in corporate accounting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel 10-15%.
