Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager to oversee our corporate tax functions. The successful candidate will be essential in managing tax compliance, planning, and accounting, ensuring adherence to tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of corporate tax operations, including compliance and planning.
2. Ensure accurate and timely submission of corporate and partnership tax returns.
3. Collaborate with auditors to address inquiries and manage audits.
4. Provide strategic tax advice to senior management and stakeholders.
5. Develop and implement tax strategies to enhance tax efficiency and minimize liabilities.
6. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their implications for the organization.
7. Lead tax-related projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax-related role within the finance sector.
3. In-depth knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulations.
4. Proven track record in managing tax functions and liaising with tax authorities.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
9. High attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Proficiency in tax software and relevant applications.
