Scope of Work:
As Human Resources Executive, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky, and pioneering wellness. Sustainability, Wellness, and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the hotel. In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of all Human Resources tasks to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. I will assist to ensure that all set policies, procedures, best practices are in place and rigorously enforced. I will perform the following relevant tasks for this role:
Talent Acquisitions administrative tasks.
Manage Vice President of HR & Training administration.
Manage Corporate Office talent bank.
Management of Six Senses Career website and social media.
Qualification and interview of candidates.
Support Pre-openings hotels.
Organization of global HR conference calls.
Management of annual Employee Opinion Survey.
Assist with a variety of host events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.
Organize Corporate Office events.
Assist with projects as assigned.
Qualification:
To execute the position of Human Resources Executive, I have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Hospitality Management. I am freshly graduated or have more than one year’s experience in a similar human resources role. I am a personally involved, visible, and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence, and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer. I have experience and I am able to work in a cross-cultural environment positively. Technical skills include advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I am also familiar with HR systems including HRMS and Talent system, and social media. I possess valid work authorization for employment in Singapore.
