to join our
Denver team in Denver, Colorado
.
We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.
We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow, and we are looking for another solid technician that is interested in a long-term position and who will fit well into our team.
Summary of Job Functions and Equipment:
Review office layout AutoCAD drawings. Implement required changes on the drawings based on the “Client’s” requirements. Use professional knowledge to propose office space design and optimization.
Participate
in building walkthroughs to assess the office space design and assist
with preparation of physical drawings of the current space as well as
executing the adjustments required by the “Client” and/or proposing
improvements in the design and layout.
Assist in the selection and
contracting process of consultants and construction contractors, as necessary
for each project.
Issue regular status reports to client
regarding work in progress.
Willing to execute administrative support
functions such as invoices, POS, Conference room scheduling,
maintenance task, etc.
Perform related assignments, as required, in the
daily operation of the “Client”.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications
:
Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and related software programs
Values and display exceptional customer service
Minimum Qualifications:
Over 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED
Strong written and verbal English skills
Comfortable working on computers
Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
Average Starting Rate:
$22.00 - $28.00
per hour . Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
