Executive Assistant, Customer Experience and Business Trends Job ID: 2726170 | Amazon.com Services LLC The Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. You will support multiple Directors on our team, working from Seattle, Washington. You will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Primary role responsibilities include managing complex and high volume of requests for multiple Directors' calendars, while supporting other areas of need, such as team events or travel logistics. Key job responsibilities Meeting coordination, scheduling, and logistics Close collaboration with SVP and VP offices across Amazon Exercise good judgement in a variety of situations Tactful and concise written and verbal communication Proficient administrative, technical, and organizational skills Effectively balance multiple priorities while delivering results under tight deadlines Remain calm under pressure, juggling multiple deadlines with tact and discretion Be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to make autonomous decisions without guidance when appropriate Support special event management and executive travel needs Have fun at work and help others do the same About the team Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience, globally. We use technical and non-technical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends. We are a global team, made up of a diverse set of profiles, skills and backgrounds - including: Product Managers, Software Developers, Computer Vision experts, Solutions Architects, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers, Business Analysts, Risk Managers, and more. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with executive level calendar management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree - Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines - Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time - High level of integrity and discretion - Impeccable attention to detail - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
