Position Summary
A fast paced record retrieval company is seeking an Operations Manager in our Los Angeles office. This position is responsible for the overall accountability/responsibility to all aspects of Operations with a heavy emphasis on bottom line profit. Provides leadership, training, and direction of personnel to ensure jobs are completed timely and meet company quality standards, client expectations and service level agreements by effectively supervising assigned personnel, operational equipment, and workflow.
This position offers a multi-functional, hands-on management opportunity to a dynamic, technology-oriented leader.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:
Ability to multi-task and remain focused at all times in a fast paced and growing environment
Strong leadership skills
Ability to successfully interact with customer representatives, executives, managerial and all company personnel
Must have the ability to lead and supervise staff; managing your own work load as well as others
Strong effective communication skills verbal and written
Commitment to individual and company success
Ability to successfully establish and maintain professional relationships with company vendors, clients, customers etc.
Ability to successfully serve as a member of a team
Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changes within the work groups procedures.

Job Qualifications:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suites
3 years management experience required.
College degree preferred.
Must have proven successes in implementing workflow and productivity enhancements.
Excellent communication and team building skill that will work with cross-functional teams towards building strong customer relationships and achieving company goals and objectives.
Experience in the record retrieval or litigation support field is a required.

Schedule/Location:

Hours 8:30am-5:00pm
In Office - Los Angeles Office
Entry Level -Based on experience
