How you'll CREATE:

  • Key contributor to the financial planning, analysis and reporting processes, including monthly close, interim forecasts and annual operating plans.
  • Assist with preparation and review of monthly financials for accuracy, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis for business unit and corporate review.
  • Work closely with business unit leads, ensuring necessary accruals and other related entries are posted by central accounting.
  • Prepare a comprehensive monthly reporting package to senior management
  • Maintain various financial models, including cash flow, overheads, headcount and third-party label sales.
  • Develop dashboard presentations utilizing various datasets to assist in presenting financial insights to executive management.
  • Drive efficiencies by identifying areas for improvement for financial analysis & reporting tools.
  • Support team leadership with ad-hoc analysis as requested by strategic partners and executive management.
Bring your VIBE:
  • Finance and accounting experience with progressive responsibilities required.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related degree with strong accounting acumen; CPA is a plus not required
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, accounting and financial applications software; Hyperion Financial Management, SAP and BPC planning experience would be a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities at any given time.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
