We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Loan Officer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential private lending, particularly in the realms of fix & flip or bridging finance.

As a Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the loan process from initial inquiry to successful closure. Your focus on results and teamwork will be essential to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential borrowers and brokers to gather necessary information.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of prospective loans effectively.

Qualifications

  • A proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
