Your Role in Creating Value:

  • Act as a vital contributor to the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, encompassing monthly closures, interim forecasts, and annual operational strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation and examination of monthly financial statements for precision, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis for departmental and corporate evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to ensure all necessary accruals and related entries are recorded by central accounting.
  • Compile a thorough monthly reporting package for senior leadership.
  • Maintain various financial models, such as cash flow, overhead, workforce, and third-party label sales.
  • Create dashboard presentations utilizing diverse datasets to convey financial insights to executive management.
  • Enhance efficiencies by pinpointing areas for improvement in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Support team leadership with ad-hoc analyses as requested by strategic partners and executive management.
What You Bring:
  • Progressive finance and accounting experience is essential.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with strong accounting knowledge; CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial applications; experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, and BPC planning is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and abstract reasoning abilities, along with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
