Position Details

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Permanent Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the finance sector. As a Permanent Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality personnel for various roles within the finance sector.
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential candidates through various online channels.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process, and managing the offer process, including reference checks and salary recommendations.
  • Create job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Perform thorough reference checks and/or background checks on selected candidates, if applicable.
  • Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media and job boards.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
