Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Permanent Recruiter to join our innovative team in the finance sector. This position is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the excitement of attracting and identifying top talent, and is dedicated to making a significant contribution to the success of our organization. As a Permanent Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers. A strong understanding of payroll and a background in business administration are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality candidates for various roles within the finance sector.
  • Anticipate future hiring needs and proactively seek potential candidates through various online platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and in-person interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and how they align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate from application to offer, assessing skill levels, managing the interview process, and facilitating reference checks and salary discussions.
  • Create job postings, descriptions, and position specifications.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications on selected candidates, as necessary.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media and job boards for recruitment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and sales capabilities.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management tools.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
