Position Overview

We are in search of a motivated and experienced Permanent Recruiter to enhance our team within the finance sector. As a Permanent Recruiter, your responsibilities will encompass managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and onboard high-quality candidates for various roles in the finance sector.
  • Anticipate future hiring needs and proactively seek potential candidates through various online platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews, including phone and in-person discussions with prospective candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend the specific requirements of each role and its relevance within the organization.
  • Ensure a seamless and personalized experience for each candidate from application to offer, assessing skill levels, managing the interview process, and facilitating reference checks and salary negotiations.
  • Create job postings, descriptions, and position specifications.
  • Perform thorough reference and background checks on selected candidates, as necessary.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media and job boards for recruitment.
  • Capable of working independently while managing multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and sales capabilities.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management tools.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
