Our client is seeking a highly motivated Change Management Analyst to join their newly established Transformation Office, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation of a new ERP system. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and successful transition for their employees. You will leverage your change management expertise and understanding of ERP systems to develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework for the Transformation Office.
Responsibilities:
Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to assess the impact of the ERP system upgrade on various departments and user groups.
Develop and implement a robust change management plan aligned with industry best practices and Prosci Methodology (or similar).
Identify and analyze potential risks and resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies and communication plans to address them.
Design and deliver engaging communication materials and training programs to keep employees informed and prepared for the new system.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster collaboration and address employee concerns throughout the change process.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure a seamless integration of change management activities within the overall project plan.
Utilize change management tools and technologies to support the implementation process.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in change management project implementation.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful change management plans.
Strong understanding of the change management process, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
Experience using change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience with ERP systems or supporting ERP change management projects is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
