Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 5-7 years of Sales Management Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of sales management experience Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screen Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record and proof of insurability Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite skill to include Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint Reside in or around the Kansas City Metro area or within 60 miles of a major airport. Report into the Home Office in Lenexa, KS on a regular basis Preferred Qualifications: Pest Control Industry experience Bachelor’s Degree Applicable pest and other related certifications or licensing Multi-state sales experience Physical Demands / Working Environment: Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
