About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our brand-building efforts in the Southern California market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with on and off-premise accounts, customers, and distributor representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales and distribution plans to drive growth, increase category share, and enhance brand visibility in the Southern California market.
  • Maintain and Strengthen Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring brand and channel priorities are aligned.
  • Lead Product Launches and Promotions: Lead the implementation of strategic programs for product launches, retail promotions, and brand-building activities.
  • Analyze Market Data: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Represent the Brand: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Attend Trade and Consumer Events: Represent the brand at trade and consumer events, conducting product presentations and training.
Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of alcohol/beverage industry experience, with a proven track record in on and off-premise sales and distributor management.
  • Skills: Exceptional ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively, proficient in analyzing market data and crafting actionable strategies.
  • Personal Qualities: A deep passion for brand-building combined with a relentless drive to achieve results, highly motivated and capable of initiating activities independently.
